Finding the perfect Planner

Hello there.

How many of you use a planner to keep your life, finances, 
blog, etc. in order?

I can't live without my Create365 Happy Planner, now there are many planners out on the market and I am in no way affiliated with the good folks who created the Happy Planner, nor am I getting any compensation for telling you about it, I just wanted to share what I love about it and give you my honest opinion/review.

First of all, I began using a Happy Planner last year and quickly decided that it was the product of choice for me, so when December of 2017 rolled around, I began my search for my next Happy Planner for 2018. 

What is a Happy Planner you might ask? Well, it is a beautiful planner that allows you to decorate it with the cutest stickers, add extras like pocket folders, pen holders, etc. It has a monthly layout so you can see the entire month at a glance, but also has a unique layout for each week that allows you to customize each day by morning, mid-day and evening plans/events.

 Here is a glimpse at mine.

 

The inside of each tabbed cover is beautifully detailed and each one different!

 

There is plenty of space to add stickers and embellishments to plan your week out easily, each day has room for morning, mid-day and evening plans.

 I also use my Silhouette Cameo and it's print & cut feature to create my own stickers and pinterest has a ton of free planner printables to chose from! The sky is the limit, here are a few sites that I have found that offer free planner printables that I just love!

I also love checking out Michaels and Hobby Lobby for their latest collections as well as downloading or printing their 40% off coupon to use on one full price item, who doesn't love a good deal? Am I right? Of course!

When you have a busy schedule, whether you are using your planner for home, School, Bill planning, Meal prep and planning, Homeschooling, Business/Blogging or whatever the case may be, I find the MAMBI Create 365 Happy Planner my go-to planner for all my needs and it is so much fun decorating it. 

Below is an example of how to use the weekly planning part of the planner. You can make it as simple or as bright and bold as you like, add more stickers, quotes, embellishments or fewer, it's up to you!

Fall Subway Art Printables [2017]

Hello Guys & Gals,

It's almost my favorite time of the year- Fall!!!! 

I can hardly wait for pumpkin spice and cinnamon candles, hot cocoa sippin' by the cozy fireplace, curled up under my favorite homemade quilt with a good book; or spending weekends sitting by the fire pit with the kids, roasting marshmallows; hayrides, the beautiful trees here in Tennessee changing colors!

Ugh, come on already! 

Fall is not only my favorite Season to spend time doing things like that, it is also my favorite time to decorate the house, all the beautiful Fall decor just makes your house warm and inviting, I always make several free printables to share with my little 'ol blog followers and "passers-by"  [is that even a word?, it is now!] 

and this year is no exception. I can't wait to get all of my Fall decorations out if the attic

 [and probably buy more to add to my collection]

Free Guest Room Printables

We are re-doing our guest bedroom and bathroom in our house, so that when we have family or friends stay with us, they will be more comfortable and in a more beautiful room, We decided on dark gray walls, white trim in the bedroom with comfy bedding (still looking for the perfect set) The bathroom will have the same color gray walls with white bead board half way up the wall, dark cabinet and a solid surface counter top with antique looking faucet. Going for the Chip and Joanna Gaines look. I will post pictures of the room when finished, I did however make a couple of guest room prints that will coordinate with our make over and thought I'd share them with you, They are free to download and use (for private use only) If you share them, please link back to this original blog post and not the downloadable link. It's been a while since I've shared a free printable, so I thought it was long overdue. As I get older, [ahem, 40 already! where did the time go] I find that some of the best nights out are well...nights in! Now, don't get me wrong, I love nights out with the girls or with my hubby, but some nights are great to just curl up on the couch in your pj's and enjoy a couple [or three] glasses of Moscato and watch a good movie or two.

St. Patty's Day 2016

St. Patrick's Day 2016 Printables

March is finally here, our first glimpse of nice weather and the beginning of my St. Patty's Day decorating!
The first thing I made was a new wreath for our front door.

  It's even prettier in person!

I used a metal wreath form, burlap and old Shamrock necklace, Some chevron ribbon and a glittery foam shamrock. I think it makes a great (festive) addition to our front door!

"You Will Forever be my Always" Printable

I was looking for another idea to decorate for Valentine's Day, I wanted something with my favorite little quote, 

"You will forever be my always"

I decided on this free printable, I made several different color options to choose from, you can save the print and print it out as a plain heart or open the print up in a editing program, such as word, paint, photoshop, etc. and add your own initials!
