Fall Subway Art Printables [2017]

Hello Guys & Gals,
It's almost my favorite time of the year- Fall!!!!
I can hardly wait for pumpkin spice and cinnamon candles, hot cocoa sippin' by the cozy fireplace, curled up under my favorite homemade quilt with a good book; or spending weekends sitting by the fire pit with the kids, roasting marshmallows; hayrides, the beautiful trees here in Tennessee changing colors!
Ugh, come on already!

Fall is not only my favorite Season to spend time doing things like that, it is also my favorite time to decorate the house, all the beautiful Fall decor just makes your house warm and inviting, I always make several free printables to share with my little 'ol blog followers and "passers-by"  [is that even a word?, it is now!]
and this year is no exception. I can't wait to get all of my Fall decorations out if the attic
 [and probably buy more to add to my collection]
Shhh! Don't tell the hubby!
Here is a couple free printable options that I made just for you, please remember all of my free printables are for personal use only. See disclaimer at the end of this post.
Thanks so much for continuing to support me to do what I love!

Fall Projects using my Silhouette Cameo

It's been a while since I've posted, I must confess...since getting my Silhouette Cameo, I've been super busy making stuff for myself, my friends, family; and selling stuff like crazy...
this is my new addiction!
I wanted to share with you just a few things that I have made this Fall season

 Personalized Pumpkin
For this project, I used a faux pumpkin that I purchased at my local department store, you can use a real pumpkin if you prefer, I cut our last name out Oracle 651vinyl,
  using the font Magnolia Sky

Fall Sign
 This project was done by purchasing a
 "chalk board" sign at my local department store, I purchased and downloaded the chevron pumpkin cut file from etsy and cut it out of Oracle 651 vinyl
 and I made a cute bow from this Fall inspired ribbon. I also made a few personalized ones for friends by taking the "Happy Fall" out and replacing it with their last name.
This project was a very popular one!

Monogrammed Aztec Pumpkin Raglan
  This project was one of my favorite,
I used htv (heat transfer vinyl) in light orange
and purchased the aztec pumpkin cut file online, personalized it with my monogram using my silhouette cameo software.
This raglan shirt is one of my favorite to wear with my Fall boots, boot socks and skinny jeans.

If you haven't purchased a Silhouette Cameo yet, well...you don't know what you are missing and if you own one, try one of these cute projects, I'd also love to see what great projects you come up with!

Happy Fall Y'all!

Fall Fashion

It's getting that time of year again, time to drag out those warm cozy sweaters, leggings, coats; boots, scarves, and cozy up with some hot cocoa by a warm fire pit!
I am so ready!

Today's blog post is about all the cute Fall fashions that are trending today and how to put them together and pull the look off

{Rain Boots & Leggings}

An oversized sweater paired with snug fitting leggings are combined with these cute rain boots to add a pop of color and keep you looking great, even on rainy days

{Navy & White}
Photo courtesy of http://inspirationformoms.com/
This look is classic, because pairing the dark denim and navy sweater with the white shirt gives a crisp, clean look. Add the brown leather belt and boots and it is a look that you can wear year after year!

{Before it gets too cold}
Photo courtesy of http://www.lovethispic.com/
This outfit is perfect at the beginning of Fall, before it gets too cold, a cute tank top paired with a plaid scarf, denim and Fall boots.
Just remember to keep it in Fall colors
and patterns!

{Navy & Mustard Yellow}
Photo courtesy of http://www.stylinmommies.com/
This is my favorite Fall color combination, you just can't go wrong with pairing up Navy and Mustard Yellow, You can do stripes, polkadots, chevron, you can reverse and do a yellow shirt and a navy cardigan...it just looks great either way!

 Now last, but certainly not least..
Don't forget the Accessories!

{ A Chunky Scarf}
Photo courtesy of https://www.etsy.com/shop/Northernly
A full, chunky scarf is a must for pulling off that perfect Fall look, not only are they warm, but they add color and texture to your outfit!
There are a lot of different colors, patterns and textures out there, so play around with it until you find the perfect look for you!

{Vintage Inspired Jewelry}
Photo courtesy of http://design-milk.com/
The perfect accessory to add to your Fall outfit is a piece of jewelry, a necklace, bracelet or ring that has texture, looks or is vintage and makes a great conversation piece.
Look for pieces that add pops of color mixed with different patinas of metal and mix necklaces by layering two or three of them that are different lengths around your neck together, we layer our clothes,
so why not our jewelry?!

{Boot Socks}
Photo courtesy of  https://www.etsy.com/shop/ThreeBirdNest
There are a lot of different styles of boot socks out there, find the perfect pair for your boots and outfits or simply make your own by cutting the sleeves off of an old sweater!

I hope this post gave you some inspiration to starting planning your Fall wardrobe, but remember the greatest accessory that you can wear is
A Smile :)
